Are you struggling to keep track of your research data files? Are you sure your files are in a format that is easy to share and archive?
In this webinar you will learn about best practices for data organization and documentation, and about metadata. We will discuss structuring project directories and using the file formats most suited for long-term archiving and sharing. We will also introduce the concept of metadata and discuss how to document your research data in a clean and systematic way.
We will also discuss why data organization and documentation is essential for Open Science, data sharing, and following the FAIR principles for data availability.
The workshop will include hands-on sessions, where you will get to see practical examples as well as work on organizing and documenting research data yourself!

Supporting researchers’ intersectoral career paths for building ERA sponsored by EURAXESS TOP IV project being implemented by Bizkaia Talent with the collaboration of FECYT and British Council which will be held on *19th and 20th January to 2022.
This virtual 2-day *Conference, on intersectoral mobility of researchers will address the following topics:
* European policy developments around researcher careers and employability
* EURAXESS initiative and related projects
* Current and future skill needs in Europe to address the innovation gap
* Values and principles for researchers’ recruitment
* Highly skilled professionals in the academic and non-academic sector.
It will be a meeting point between the EURAXESS community, academic and non-academic employers, researchers, and highly skilled professionals. The event will foster a discussion among stakeholders about how to facilitate
intersectoral mobility of researchers and highly skilled professionals among the academic and the non-academic sectors. The event will act as a platform for EURAXESS to promote its new services and to better understand the needs
of non-academic employers.

L’evento si aprirà con l’intervento musicale della violinista Giovanna Sevi, seguiranno i saluti del ProRettore, Prof. Giuseppe Carrieri, dalla Direttrice del Dipartimento DEMet Prof.ssa Lucia Maddalena e del Delegato Rettorale alla Strategia HR, Prof. Edgardo Sica.
Dopo la lezione del prof. Mirabella seguirà un dibattito durante il quale si potrà interagire con il relatore e al termine del quale sarà offerto un aperitivo per favorire un momento di scambio informale e di networking tra tutti i partecipanti.
L’evento è riservato alla comunità scientifica e al personale tecnico-amministrativo dell’Università di Foggia in possesso del biglietto di ingresso .
