Professional qualification to practise a profession is obtained upon passing a State Examination, which candidates holding an academic qualification are eligible to take. Only after obtaining the professional qualification is it possible to register with the relevant professional register.
Each year, pursuant to an Ordinance issued by the Ministry of Education, University and Research, the first and second sessions of the State Qualification Exams necessary to practise a regulated profession are announced normally in May and November, respectively.
