Learning objectives

The Advanced Course is designed to help participants acquire:

  • Knowledge regarding the concept of identity/otherness and the meanings of the terms “prejudice” and “stereotype” from historical-anthropological and psycho-pedagogical perspectives
  • Knowledge of anti-discrimination laws
  • Skills in active listening, conflict resolution, and managing interpersonal dynamics in organizational settings to provide counseling and support to those who are victims of: discrimination, workplace bullying, sexual harassment, and psychological and moral harassment
  • Methodological skills related to the development of tools for assessing employees’ well-being or distress, with the aim of identifying potential risk situations and monitoring intervention practices.
  • Skills in designing, organizing, monitoring, and evaluating practices aimed at improving the well-being of organizations
