Organisation

The University of Foggia has always been particularly committed to the promotion of language learning and cultural integration as well as multilingualism in line with the directives of the European Union.

Learning foreign languages represents a long-term investment. An asset that can open up new opportunities in one's career and personal life.

In this context, the University Language Centre positions itself as a crosscutting structure of the University of Foggia that promotes the learning of language skills as an essential part of every student's education. This strategy plays a key role in the university's internationalisation policies.

Beyond its core offer, the CLA provides a range of services to help students achieve internationally recognised language certifications. This includes consultancy, training, education, translation, interpreting as well as professional qualification services for public bodies, institutions and associations in line with established agreements.

The Centre is also a member of AICLU, a network of Italian university language centres from Italian universities founded in Bologna in 1997, and the Confédération Européenne des Centres de Langues de l'Enseignement Supérieur (CERCLES).
