Gent.mi dottorandi e assegnisti di ricerca,
come è noto, la “HR Strategy for Researchers” è un insieme di iniziative finalizzate a dare attuazione alla Carta europea dei ricercatori e al Codice di condotta per il loro reclutamento (C&C), un corpus di principi sanciti dall’Unione Europea che regolano diritti e doveri degli enti di ricerca/università e dei ricercatori in ogni fase della propria carriera.

L’adozione di una strategia conforme ai suddetti documenti si colloca in quella più ampia dell’Università di Foggia volta al riposizionamento delle attività di ricerca in ambito nazionale ed internazionale e consente di implementare un percorso più sostenibile per la carriera dei ricercatori, secondo le raccomandazioni europee.

Nell’ambito di tale strategia e in sinergia con il MUR, il quale supporta gli Atenei nel rafforzamento delle competenze del personale, sarà attivato il percorso formativo sulla progettazione europea di cui all’allegato calendario degli incontri.

Il percorso si articolerà in 5 moduli tematici, suddivisi in 6 appuntamenti che saranno svolti online in modalità sincrona con inizio previsto nel mese di Novembre 2023. I partecipanti potranno essere docenti, tecnici-amministrativi, dottorandi e assegnisti di ricerca afferenti all’Università di Foggia.

Per iscriversi è possibile compilare, entro il 27 settembre 2023, l'apposito modulo online.

-Tuesday, March 15th, 14:30 CET - /Public Engagement.

Each of the groups will meet for /a max 2 hours /and during this time you
will be:

     - introduced to the modules

     - exploring the topics and how they apply to your career

     - providing structured feedback within the timeframe of the meeting.

About the event

The webinar aims at informing about the principle of the European Charter and Code (C&C) and the future scenarios of the European Research Area (ERA). It is organized by the UniFg HR Strategy Unit – Research Area and It is addressed to the entire UniFg Academic Community and to any external guests interested in the event.
