General contents
The Level I Master's Program in "Management for Coordinating Roles in the Health Professions" consists of 40 modules covering the following topics:

Learning objectives
The program integrates the general skills acquired during basic and post-basic training with the goal of training healthcare professionals capable of interacting with patients and with other professionals in various care settings, collaborating with clinical professionals on operational decisions and planning interventions to ensure high-quality, efficient care and effective outcomes.
Career opportunities for graduates of this program include positions as coordinating managers in public and private healthcare facilities—including those affiliated with the National Health Service (SSN)—with roles in organizational management and human resources. The role of a healthcare professional encompasses the following functions: clinical and patient care, management, interpersonal relations, and leadership.
Organizzazione del corso
The master's program lasts one year, for a total of 1,500 hours, corresponding to 60 academic credits.
Attendance at the Master’s program is mandatory. To earn the degree, each participant must attend at least 70% of the class hours and internship hours.
At the end of the training program, there will be a final exam consisting of a project on one of the topics covered during the course.
In order to be admitted to the final exam, candidates must pay the amount of €49.00 (virtual stamp duty and fee for the issuance of the diploma) through the PagoPA system by accessing their personal page and navigating to the “Secretariat → Payments” section.
The degree to be awarded by the University of Foggia is a Level I Master's degree in "Management for Coordination Functions in the Health Professions."
This degree has academic standing and requires the completion of 60 CFU as part of the student’s academic program.
Admission requirements
The Master's program is open to anyone who holds one of the following degrees:
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Professions - Degree Categories L/SNT1, L/SNT2, L/SNT3, L/SNT4
- Degree obtained under previous regulations by members of the health professions referred to in Laws No. 42 of February 26, 1999, No. 251 of August 10, 2000, and No. 43 of February 1, 2006, which allow for registration in professional registries in the field of healthcare professions
- Degrees earned under the regulations in effect prior to Ministerial Decree 509/99 and/or equivalent degrees.
