A "Community of Practice" of Gender and Diversity, with a focus on how the University of Zurich supports female researchers (women PostDocs and professors) at Euraxess Zurich with their research ideas and project proposals.

A training event on Horizon Europe, a European Commission Program operating until the year 2027 aimed at funding research activities with the purpose of supporting the European Union in global challenges by providing researchers and innovators with the necessary tools for the realization of their projects and ideas.
In order to promote awareness of the program and, at the same time, to delve into the legal and financial aspects about the development of a project proposal in response to the HE Program calls, the UniFG Research Area organized an online seminar on June 12, 2024 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The participation can be communicated by June 7, 2024 by filling out the form.
To attend the Seminar there are two different ways:

Gent.mi dottorandi e assegnisti di ricerca,
come è noto, la “HR Strategy for Researchers” è un insieme di iniziative finalizzate a dare attuazione alla Carta europea dei ricercatori e al Codice di condotta per il loro reclutamento (C&C), un corpus di principi sanciti dall’Unione Europea che regolano diritti e doveri degli enti di ricerca/università e dei ricercatori in ogni fase della propria carriera.
L’adozione di una strategia conforme ai suddetti documenti si colloca in quella più ampia dell’Università di Foggia volta al riposizionamento delle attività di ricerca in ambito nazionale ed internazionale e consente di implementare un percorso più sostenibile per la carriera dei ricercatori, secondo le raccomandazioni europee.
Nell’ambito di tale strategia e in sinergia con il MUR, il quale supporta gli Atenei nel rafforzamento delle competenze del personale, sarà attivato il percorso formativo sulla progettazione europea di cui all’allegato calendario degli incontri.
Il percorso si articolerà in 5 moduli tematici, suddivisi in 6 appuntamenti che saranno svolti online in modalità sincrona con inizio previsto nel mese di Novembre 2023. I partecipanti potranno essere docenti, tecnici-amministrativi, dottorandi e assegnisti di ricerca afferenti all’Università di Foggia.
Per iscriversi è possibile compilare, entro il 27 settembre 2023, l'apposito modulo online.

Supporting researchers’ intersectoral career paths for building ERA sponsored by EURAXESS TOP IV project being implemented by Bizkaia Talent with the collaboration of FECYT and British Council which will be held on *19th and 20th January to 2022.
This virtual 2-day *Conference, on intersectoral mobility of researchers will address the following topics:
- European policy developments around researcher careers and employability
- EURAXESS initiative and related projects
- Current and future skill needs in Europe to address the innovation gap
- Values and principles for researchers’ recruitment
- Highly skilled professionals in the academic and non-academic sector.
It will be a meeting point between the EURAXESS community, academic and non-academic employers, researchers, and highly skilled professionals. The event will foster a discussion among stakeholders about how to facilitate
intersectoral mobility of researchers and highly skilled professionals among the academic and the non-academic sectors. The event will act as a platform for EURAXESS to promote its new services and to better understand the needs
of non-academic employers.
