Teaching Assignment  (STA)

Erasmus enables university teaching staff to spend time abroad (minimum 2 days/maximum 2 months) teaching at an institution in an Erasmus+ Programme Country.

The following teaching staff categories are eligible to apply:

  • researchers
  • full professors
  • associate professors

The aim of the activity is to transfer skills, to further enrich study plans, to offer non-mobile students and teachers the opportunity to compare different teaching methods.

Once the lesson plan has been agreed upon, the teaching hours (minimum 8 per week) held by the mobile staff will be integrated into those provided by the host institution.

Interested teaching staff must submit their applications to the International Relations Unit by the deadline set out in the specific calls for applications.

The EU grant, which is a lump-sum contribution, covers costs for travel and subsistence up to a maximum of EUR 800.
