Progetto I.R.F.

               

The I.R.F. Project (Improve the Research Activities of Foggia University) has the general objective of strengthening the research potential of the University of Foggia. With the help of a panel of international experts, points of strength and weakness have been singled out, as well as the threats to and opportunities available to the university research structure. An analytical evaluation of the university’s scientific production, infrastructure, equipment and administrative support services was carried out through the selection of the most adequate parameters of quality measurement, coherent with indications prevalent in the European environment. Thanks to the results obtained in this first phase, we will now move onto the elaboration of strategic orientation useful in sustaining and improving the entire performance of the research system. With this aim, a quality manual will be published for the academic community, together with an Action Plan to complement the project. This will identify the priorities and interventions necessary in addressing the action of governance in the medium to long term.
